Data collected
The enquiry form requires name, email, phone number, request type and message. Location, budget, dates, guest number, service and property preference are optional. Technical security logs may contain IP address, time and requested URL.
Purposes and legal basis
We use the information to answer the requested enquiry, prepare pre-contractual steps, protect the website and document communications. The principal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); security and defence of legal claims may rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). The form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Recipients and processors
Authorised JONXDOM personnel and hosting or email providers may process data as needed to operate the website and inbox. Specialists or partners receive information only when necessary for your request and with an appropriate legal basis. Data is not sold.
Storage period
Retention is limited to the time needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship. Afterwards, information is retained only where necessary for legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, and is deleted when those periods end.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object where the GDPR conditions apply. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). Contact info@jonxdom.com to exercise a right.
Private Assistant
The assistant gives automated guidance from the confirmed JONXDOM service catalogue. The dialogue stays in page memory. Only if you choose to continue are your latest questions placed in this tab’s session storage for form prefill, usable for up to two hours. The form remains editable and nothing is sent until you submit it. The assistant makes no decision with legal or similarly significant effects.
Optional anonymous analytics
With your consent, JONXDOM records first-party events such as page views, selected language, opening the Private Assistant and starting or submitting an enquiry. A random identifier supports aggregated visitor counts. The analytics database does not store IP addresses, contact details or message contents. Events are deleted after no more than 400 days. Consent can be changed at any time in Cookie settings. The legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
